Difficult Questions - Apologetics
The word 'apologetics' comes from a Greek word that means 'answer'. Christians refer to apologetics when discussing difficult questions and issues raised by their faith.
To help you think through these issues, see what the Bible says and to help you to have answers to those difficult questions of your faith, UCCF have a website called Bethinking.
On Bethinking there are articles on an increasing number of difficult topics, including such fine examples as:
- Are there objective truths about God?
- God or No God? What does it matter?
- "We cannot know what happened in history"
- The Da Vinci Code: A Novel
- How do we know Christianity is right out of all the religions?
- "The Bible is out of touch on sex!"
- What about those who've never heard the Gospel?
- "Why does God allow suffering?"
Go to UCCF's Bethinking website.

Or alternatively you could check out the apologetic recordings we have on the NUCU website. These are recordings taken from the numerous lunchbar events that the CU puts on throughout the year.
